A yoga inspired strength class
Strength & Stretch is a functional strength training class focused on mindfulness and physical and mental resilience. The class is a low impact, total body workout that combines resistance training with yoga and mobility movements using dumbbells, medicine balls, and resistance bands. Active recovery phases allow for focus on strength and balance addressing the needs of participants at all levels of fitness. Each class ends with a cool down incorporating yoga poses to increase flexibility.
